THE BLCH GUIDELINES
There is a 3 hour minimum for venue rental, which does not include set up or break down time.
Our event rate is $115/per hour.
Our rehearsal or business meeting rate is $55/per hour
Our capacity is 85 persons, including your event production team.
All booking requests are contingent on the nature of the event and the availability,
and will ONLY be final once the deposit is paid to hold the date and time; along with the BLCH Agreement is signed. The posted calendar is a guideline, but it is subject to change.
RELEASE OF LIABILITIES
A signed release form is required, to release the BLCH from any liabilities in regards to
outside rentals, damages, or food handling.
We are NOT responsible for accepting deliveries or correspondence with vendors.
One (1) of your Event Producers must be onsite at all times to receive deliveries,
oversee set up, greet guests, and manage your event.
Vendors and guests are not permitted onto the premises until an event producer is present.
Certain high-volume, high-participant events require PRIVATE SECURITY, which is NOT provided by the BLCH.
You are responsible for providing licensed private security for these events.
BLCH is not responsible for the loss of property, injury, damage to a person, or to personal property during such events.
One (1) BLCH Event Coordinator will be onsite for all events for any onsite questions and ongoing maintenance.
SET UP OR BREAK DOWN
Our Standard Set Up and Break Down Fee $45.00/per. hour
(15 minutes to 30-minute setups and breakdowns are NOT allowed)
All bookings require a Mandatory / Non-Refundable $75 Service Charge
GLITTER / CONFETTI
Additional Non-Refundable Charge of $45 will apply if glitter, sparkles, or confetti is used with decorations
You're more than welcome to bring in your own decor, supplies, chairs, and tables for your booking.
However, all items must be removed completely from the property by the end of your scheduled event or breakdown.
We DO NOT store items or wait for vendor pickups.
If you go past your scheduled event or breakdown hour,
we have the right to charge you the necessary additional fees.
We have fourteen (14) non-folding chairs that we offer at No Cost to you.
However, they may need to be fully covered.
We have thirteen (13) black fitted spandex chair covers on-site for rent at $1.00/each (fits perfectly).
We also have 65 Samsonite Black Chairs in total, giving you a total of 78 chairs (all black) on site.
Our in house chair rate is $1.50/chair, giving you a total of 78 chairs (all black) on site.
We have two (2) 5ft tables @ $2.00/per table
We have ten (10) 6ft tables @ $3.00/per table
We have five (5) black fitted spandex table covers on-site for rent at $2.00/each
Our space will comfortably accommodate ten to twelve (10 to12) six-foot rectangular tables.
EVENT FOOD & BEVERAGE DEPOSIT
There is a $150.00 REFUNDABLE Deposit for food and beverage use on the premise,
which is due in CASH on the day of your event.
After you complete your breakdown, a walk through with the BLCH Event Coordinator will be required
to check for any accidents, spills, stains, damages, or incidentals.
If ALL is clear, your food and beverage deposit will be returned to you in full.
There is a $100.00 Service Fee for the use of the kitchen, which includes the use of our Refrigerator.
Please share in advance how much space you’re requesting for the refrigerator (a shelf, freezer, etc.)
to assure we can accommodate that request
Kitchen rental does not include the use of any other appliances.
